Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sorto mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dimas Ashidiqi ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of Sorto.

Description of Service

Sorto is an AI-powered photo organizer for iPhone that helps you:

• Find and identify duplicate photos in your Camera Roll
• Automatically select the best quality photos from similar images
• Organize and clean up your photo library
• Save storage space on your device

All photo processing is performed locally on your device using on-device AI technology. No photos are uploaded to external servers.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control.

You May Not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

Your Content and Privacy

Your Photos Remain Yours: You retain all rights, title, and ownership of your photos and data. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

Local Processing: All photo analysis and processing occurs locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

Privacy: Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your photos before using any cleanup or deletion features.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App

App Store Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will prevail regarding your use of the App Store.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for the App.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, improve performance, or fix bugs. Updates may be delivered automatically or may require your action to download and install.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Data Loss

While the App is designed to help you organize your photos safely, we are not responsible for any accidental deletion or loss of photos. Always maintain proper backups of important photos before using cleanup features.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
